Pricing and plan details
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day evaluation period. You get full access to your tier’s capabilities so you can validate the platform against real traffic and policy requirements before committing.
What happens if I exceed plan limits?
We notify you when usage approaches tier thresholds. You can upgrade at any time or work with us to adjust limits. We do not cut off traffic mid-production.
How does BYOC pricing work?
BYOC routers are included in Growth and Enterprise tiers. You manage the infrastructure in your cloud account; RelayOne handles policy distribution, telemetry collection, and control plane operations.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the new tier takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No lock-in contracts on monthly plans.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Annual billing is available on all tiers with a discount. Enterprise plans are annual by default with custom terms.
What SLA do you offer?
All production plans include 99.9% uptime SLA for the control plane and managed routers. Enterprise plans include custom SLA terms and dedicated incident response.
